You do know an owners manual and a service manual are two different things?

CAUTION: The 05 Owners Manual calls for 3.6 quarts motor oil. This spec applies only to factory new, dry, motors and is an incorrect quantity for an oil change.

For a motor oil change, the correct amount is ~2.75 quarts.
