Default Ordered Zombie Bars

Well i ordered them the 29th or March, they were said to be shipped on April 16th and as of today??? Still no bars in my possesion. I know zombieperformance is a good company from the word on the street but this seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me. Good constant communication with the owner, but he said his shipper didn't get a tracking number. Thats just bad business 101 if you ask me.

Contacted them again and if there is nothing by the end of this week, you think i should open a paypal dispute or what?

If they haven't been sent out then just ask for a refund

EDIT: Sorry saw they were shipped. I would open a claim...you only have 45 days from the transaction date

ya im thinking i about a dispute, i just don't understand why a business now days ships anything without a tracking number. Seems a little amateur to me. The communication has been spot on but im not seeing results. I will see what they respond with and then decide my course of action. At this point if i can't these specific type of bars im going to be pissed. Ill have to go with some roadsixcustoms instead.

Well got an email back promptly like i expected. He said he would contact his shipper and find out whats going on. I was informed that they were shipped out on the 16th of April because the bars were flawed by the powdercoaters the first time, so it took another 5 days to get them right and shipped by the 16th. I went ahead and opened a dispute and simply told him that if he can get me a set of bars stat and overnighted with a tracking number then we would be good. I told him that i didn't want my money back so to speak but i just wanted what i ordered, A badass set of bars for my bike.

We have not exchanged heated or even in the least negative feedback with our corespondense so far so im hoping he will do the right thing and get me a new set of bars ASAP. I told him that i would pay to ship back the other bars if they EVER show up because i am no crook. But im already eyeballing bmxatv's bitwell bars as a replacement if all goes wrong.

To make things clear, i actually paid for my purchase on the 27th of March, forgot until i signed back into paypal to take a look lol.

The owner is awesome, he immediately posted on paypal and emailed me his copy of the shipping receipt to show in fact that he did ship the item on the said date. Now my question is....What the hell is going on and where is the package???

I don't even know how to proceed.

Steffan of Zombie has a great reputation,
but occasionally something can go wrong.
Also, he might not have mastered international shipping.
What bars did you order?
I'm about to order Micro Bend-A-Licious Apes,
just gotta decide on the details.

What biltwell bars do you speak of my man? My bars? Not made by biltwell. Rene at mercury moto made them for me. They're 8" attack bars. Stand up dude.
