Default brake lights problem

Recently put new bars on my 48. Had to extend the cables and now my break lights will not work. My lights are stock 48 run/brake/turn signal lights. Run lights and turn signals work fine but the brake lights just will not light. I'm thinking maybe I pinched a wire or blew a fuse, not quite sure but need some help!

Id check fuses first, If you just put new bars on it did you redo you're wiring in the headlight... get a wiring digram and start trouble shooting
