The "Low" trend, when will it end?

When the low ones quit selling but I don't see that happening. They just got rid of the XR1200 due to lack of sales. Not enough demand. Easy enough to change, just throw on 13" shocks & longer forks. Probably if they did make a taller/sport based Sportster everyone would complain the shocks are horrible and change them anyway.

I agree, there is no "standard" offering and there should be as their bottom of the line option. But even the lows you speak of have money thrown at them from the get go to make them how the owner wants them. You want something higher? Throw money at it like everyone else does to make the bike their own.

Because low just looks cool. I mean stance is everything when it comse to a vehicle. 4x4 truck look good lifted, everything else looks good low IMO.
