Me and Hubby seen matinee yesterday. Great laughs all the way through. All my favorite actors and the sporty was the star of the show. And yes you can relate to parts of the movie. Made me wanna ride to the pacific!
A friend and I went on opening night. A fun movie. I don't laugh much but it kep me rollin. Real?? ITS A MOVIE!! Same with Ghost rider. People diss the movie as if it was a true story. It's based on a comic book hero.. go to see it with that in mind it was a pretty entertaining flick. Otherwise...as stated...chick flicks for you. [8D]
I dont know why people think the movie is supposed to be serious.
Its made for goofs, so goofy people like me enjoy it.
I guess people have their own opinions, but what did some people expect
out of a comedic movie about guys who ride motorcycles? hehe
I agree, it was a good, lighthearted movie at the right time of the year. It made me want to get out and ride. We went to see it Sunday afternoon and there were few empty seats in the theater. My wife says it's the best comedyshe's seen in some time and I tend to agree. Obviously this is a movie made just for fun and laughs, nothing cerebral here!!
We saw it last night and both liked it. It was a little cheesy at times, but I kind of expected that. I'm not a big movie go'er, but thought it was a good comedy and I liked the actors (especially William H. Macy). It did get me in the mood for a road trip.
A bunch of us checked it out yesterday. Had a blast andenjoyed it. With the weather so nice, It wasgood to see so many out ridingand checking out the movie as well.
It was pretty much exactly what I thought it would be. Goofy and funny with not much substance. In short, I loved it but it could have used better shots of the bikes on the open road.
I haven'tseen ityet, butsince WarriorHD liked it so muchI might just have to check it out. Or better yet when it's out on DVD, how about if WarriorHD invites me over to his place for some qualitysofa/movie time, and at the end when the credits start to role, him and Iand can step out into the garage to see if we can get that idle engine ofhisreved up.
