Got a bigger run this weekend so that will be the ultimate test.

It requires more lever movement to disengage the clutch, so the action will be different. You may be able to fine tune the way it works for you by altering the slack in the cable a little. When I used a clutch reducer I took almost all the slack out, which gave me decent results.
