I love my Boxer - best helmet I have owned, and I think the Desmo will be better yet. I really like the option of 3/4 or full face in one lid. I've had Shoei Multitec and Schuberth C3 flips, but neither were practical to ride open faced.
Best 3/4 helmet I've had is a Shoei RJ Platinum R. Quiet, comfortable and airy - but a bit bobblehead!
Where or what website did you get the helmet and how is the sizing? Thanks
I am a white devil right now, being med retired from injuries last deployment. Awesome civilian doc I have got me back on the bike so life is still all good. I know a couple guys that were around when you were here. But Im not going to call them out here lol.
The guy was asking for a 5 button snap shield, not a lecture from you on why he should wear a full face.

According tothis photo in the middle of the page shows that over 55% of head injuries occurwhere a 1/2 or 3/4 helmets would not provide coverage.

Maybe a lecture is what he felt was needed here. After loosing several local riders this summer from head injuries ( most wearing skull caps) I've now changed to a full helmet after years of skullcap in Summer & 3/4 in winter. Before helmet laws I rode without one. I don't plan on going down but neither did they & I want to be around when my grand children grow up. Wear what you want but I thought this site was so we could give each other our opinions on subjects
Very slick helmet indeed! Mind me asking how much it was? I went to that link/site and to get info it looked like I had to give email for dealer in area.
