Default New Damper Rods

Need some help! I have just installed the new damper rods on my Nightster. What have you guys done about the kick stand? Plus the fork Gafier do not fit anymore. What are you doing about it? Leaving them off? It does not look bad without them. I need some in-put.

The Bike Rides a lot better. Like night and day.
Thanks

When I added the longer damper rods to my front end I changed to a longer kickstand. My bike didn't have gaiters.

Do you happen to have a part number for the kick stand? Did you change the spring spacer to a longer size?

The kick stand cost $170.00. I am going to cut mine and weld in a piece of steel rod. But I need to find out what people are doing about the gafiers.
