Converting back to mid controls

Thanks guys were picking the bike up next weekend... its her late uncles bike... he bought it new and passed away a few years ago.... awesome to see it stay in the family... only 5K miles... shes only 5 foot tall so well see what will work... Im thinking mids, and a lowering kit.... oh and different bars...

For that bike & your OL only being 5'0", I'd say get a pair of 11" air shocks with a rear lowering bracket, find her some thick soled boots, and get rid of those buck horn bars. The seat does look all that bulky......I often recommend shorter riders to alter the forward portion of there seat so that it's not so wide ini the area where their legs hit while standing, as this lets their loegs go down at more of a 90* angle. The wider the seat the more the legs will be going at the 45* to the road.
