Shot out an email to them on 2/28 with a question about Thunder Torque Inserts, then had some family stuff happen that evening that took me out of town for a few days. Finally got back to thinking about it on 3/7 and realized I hadn't heard back. Sent Kevin a PM here to inquire about the email that evening. He took time out of his Friday night to respond back to me immediately, both here on the forums AND back to my original email info request. Not only was he professional, friendly, and appropriately detailed in his response, he also apologized sincerely for missing the original email (Kevin, if you see this, apology not necessary, but appreciated!).
I ordered the TTIs based on Kevin's recommendation last Friday evening, they shipped Monday, and were on my doorstep this afternoon. I'm hoping to get them installed this weekend - though the way the weather looks I won't be testing them out for a little while longer.
All in all, absolutely top notch customer service. Kevin does it right - too bad there aren't more like him.
+++1...Kevin and Natalie are both great. Both reply to messages quickly with great info and Natalie is awesome on the phone as well. I have to go to TX next week and when I get back I'll be ordering some more items. So far I've installed the black knuckle foot rests, coil relo, and F6 key relo...great products+greater service=loyal customer!
