We are supposed to have an Intelligent price calculator that is linked with current shipping prices. Sometimes, it does not act very intelligent, which was the case here.
If you are ever on the site and feel like the shipping price is too high, please call or email us and we will do everything we can to get you the correct cost.
If we can ever save the customer money, that is what we do. USPS, UPS and FED EX have all raised their shipping prices, which does not help, and we always ship insured with tracking information.
We apologize that this does happen sometimes, but with all technology, there are sometimes flaws.
Once again, if something does not look right, please call or email so that we can get you the correct price.

The folks at DK are first rate. They answered all my questions via email quickly and I ordered their 587 air cleaner system this morning and it shipped out the same day.
USPS priority was $14.35 which I thought was OK.

Yes, that is a correct shipping cost for USPS Flat Rate. We would love to see pictures once you get it installed!!!
