Swapping Bars
I have a 1200 sportster completely stock 
so i wanna get some sort of drag bars for it and i just wanna know if i need risers for it.
also if you guys have any suggestions for some bars here are the ones i found

I think you'll be OK but might want a riser with those forward controls to have less of a "clamshell" riding position. Should be OK on cable and wire lengths too, I'd double check your front signals to make sure they won't hit the tank with new, lower bars, but I think you'll be fine. I have the Biltwell Tracker bars you linked, very happy with the quality. I ordered directly from Biltwell for what was the same price everyone else had at the time.
