I think I might have done a classic new owner mistake. After a few weeks of riding, I was so proud of myself and my new bike that I decide to wash it. It's all new and shiny. But when I took her for a ride, she acts like the throttle stuck or something. I checked the linkage and the cable and they both look fine. The throttle snap back when I let go and everything. Does anyone have any idea as to what happen? She was riding fine before I wash her.
There's a little **** above the carburetor. It looks like somekind of adjustments. Is that the one you mean and what does it do? I snap a pic of it, but my internet connection sux today.

He means the **** by the throttle (on the handlebar), not the carb. Look at the grip you use to give the engine more gas (roll on to accelearte). Underneath it should be a star-shaped **** that you can screw in and out. The more you screw it in the harder it is to turn your throttle. You can even lock your throttle in place.
I don't see any **** by the handlebar on the throttle side. Under the throttle there's a hole where something should've been there but it's empty. But the throttle does snap back to the original position when I let it go. Also I can see the accelerating assembly does go back to idling position. The engine just race like it's doing 2500 RPM.
Based on what you've said, I can't imagine that the problem is with adjustments. Perhaps when drying the bike you got the cables in a bind somewhere. Follow the two throttle cables from the handlebars down to the carb and make sure they are not in a bind somewhere. If that isn't the case, I'd take off the boots over the adjusting screws on the cables and play with the adjustment some and see if that helps.
Well, I check the throttle linkage and cable. They both seem to get in working order. Can anyone tell me where is the enricher **** on a Quicksilver II carb?
I already tried that, it didn't work. If I snap the throttle it's go back to idling right. If I easy the throttle up, then it won't go back down until I snap the throttle. I took the air filter out and notice the butterfly or flange doesn't close down as much as when I snap the throttle. Is the throttle work on a vacuum or is it strictly mechanical(cables).
