Default Starting problem

Today I installed SE A/C and high flow mufflers. I also putone size larger main jet and slow jet (195/45)
I turned the idle mixture screw clockwise until it seated and thencounterclockwise2 full turns to create a starting point for
tuning. When I started the bike, it ran just fine at first but then
it suddenly died and I could not restart it. Any ideas? Maybe fiddling with the carburetor hoses has
caused some problems with the fuel supply? I have also beenmessing a littlewith the fuel petcock when I changed
the rocker box gaskets. (Tank removal).....

Did you check the vacuum tube to the petcock? Without it fuel wont flow from the petcock.
