Default Clutch help

So i replaced my clutch cable with new bars on a 2009 XLC. Everything went to specs per manual except for function. I thought i seated the ramp, but maybe not. I need some outside advice? I can put bike in neutral and the bike rolls. I can shift it into gear and with clutch in the bike will not move. A little rocking and I can push it , but it feels like something is grabbing, this is all with bike off and cold. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am usually really good with this stuff so this is driving me insane. I have adjusted this thing about 10 times.

Its not going to move with bike off without being in neutral. That's normal. Have you rode since changing cable and if so did it operate fine. If you have done all this without starting and riding you wasted a lot of time for nothing.

Well, I feel like a jackass. I painted my tins and they are curing. They should be ready Thursday. So, I will try then. Thanks for the quick reply.
