Default Keystone Bars with Risers

I have a 2011 Nighster with the Keystone bars and want to add some risers to bring them up a little. What is the biggest I should go that would still allow factory cabling? I am 5'10" and just want to bring them up a bit to make it more comfortable. I will thinking 2inch but wanted to see what other people have used.

Thanks!

Between 8 and 10" from stock height.

How far forward did the keystones bring your riding position? Do you have any pics? I will be mounting mine later this week and try it out...

Thanks!

More comfortable?

I'm also 5'10" and keystones with stock risers and mids seemed like the perfect combo of comfort and handling.

I love the way the keystones look, but lately I have found my hands kinda going to sleep a little when riding. It doesn't feel like it should be uncomfortable, but I thought raising them up a bit might help out. I will post some pics tomorrow of how they look. Thanks

Ah...that makes sense. Yeah, if your hands are going numb that's no good.
When I had keystones they were rotated a little forward and had to rotate them back a little.

I'll try to dig up a pic of how mine were mounted.

Kaizoku please post a pic of yours when you can. Maybe I just need to adjust mine a different way. Thanks

Here's a couple pics of mine...I did the joker relocate with a joker bar clamp. Cleaned up the top a bunch.

Had to go digging for these, bike hasn't looked like this for a long while.

Stock nightster risers. I can't tell from the angle of yours if they're rotated more forward than mine were, but I never had a problem with my hands going numb.

Last two pics are to get an idea of where my hands were when I was riding.
