Having an issue here, speedometer, odometer, blinkers brake light and horn are all not working. Tail-light and headlight work but not the brake light. Any suggestions?

A start would be to check all your fuses for continuity and corrosion at the fuse block. Replace any bad ones or clean the corrosion and use dielectric grease on the metal parts/sockets to help prevent further corrosion. Also check your battery connections, specifically the [-] ground at the battery AND at the engine, and tighten if loose and clean if corroded.
Duh, missed the "not" portion of working for the speedo/odo/blinkers/etc.....Yes, start checking fuses under that triangular panel just to the rear of the battery and below the seat.
Have a 99. Had same issue. All those items share a common circuit. U have a short. Or, bad ignition, connection or mechanical issue. They run off the acc side.
I am having the same problem on my 2004 1200C. I kept blowing the accesory fuse when I hit the brake. I took a look under my rear fender and noticed the moron who did the wiring for sissy bar brake light did a fantastic job. I don't know if this is the problem but I just found it today. Will let you know if thats the problem after I get off work and repair the wires which have been chewed on by the tire.
