I recently purchased a air cleaner from this company and want to let people know about the outstanding communication, and product, they have to offer.
The 587 was bought after calling their # and speaking with Dawn. She spent time answering questions and volunteering information about reservations I had about the open breathers. I also wanted a Tri Speed fastener to top off the dry (synthetic) filter. After receipt of the components it was apparent that the fastener wouldn't work, and I'd have to use the acorn nut provided. I informed them of the poor fit via email and was subsequently contacted by Kevin, who apologized and promptly updated the website. All of this was done over the July 4th weekend, when most businesses aren't checking/answering emails.
All throughout this install, communication was an open line and all queries were responded to promptly. They know their product, everything is working smoothly, and quality is impressive.
Thanks DK - this thing looks great and functions even better than I expected. 330 miles on it now and still no need to clean up any oil, mist or otherwise.
I agree with everything positive said! They are definitely in the business for the love of the game, and that shows for their great products and great customer service!
DK is a great business to work with. Let me tell you how sweet the triple trap foot pegs turned out to be! The best! Tank lift, coil relocate, and breather bolts are great products too. Hope they are thriving.
I've also have had a great experiences buying products from DK & have some more on my wish list to order. I would like to see you guys get into making a 5 or 6 gal flat bottom "Frisco" style gas tank with a tunnel & mounts to go with a 3" lift & wire tuck, that I've already done. When you do put me on the top of the list to purchase one!
