I have a Harley Sundowner seat that I purchased on Craig's list after riding 200 miles on the stocker,OUCH! I am 6 feet tall and the Sundowner just dosen't fit me right. The person I bought it from smoothed the back of the seat so there is no bulge on the sides of the rear passenger part. The front is stock. The seat is in perfect shape no rips or scratches. here is the Harley info Part #51739-07
Any chance of getting a pic of the above mentioned seat? I am looking for one of these, as the old lady keeps complaining about butt pain. I've put over 1,800 miles on my stock seat in the last 3 weeks, and hasn't bothered me....
Also, you say the seat doesn't fit you right? How so? I'm 6'1". Is it just a bad fit for someone our height? Thanks.
Here are a couple pics. Excuse the mess. I am restoring a Camaro for my daughter and an MG for me in the same garage next to the bike. My neighbor is 6"2' and that is why I picked up the seat because he likes his. I tried it for one day, I just could not get use to it because it is wider than the stock. It's not a bad thing, I just am use to the narrow seat. It was WAY more comfortable than the stock seat cushion wise.
