Harley Quick Detach Windshield

Bought a shield about 6 months ago. Been on the bike twice since then. Harley brand standard height clear shield. Retails for around $350 new. I'd like to get $250 OBO for it plus shipping. Local pickup available.

that is complete with all hardware to just clamp it onto the fork tubes, right?
