Default Sound Issue

So I recently purchased the Cardo freetalk 2x , sound was great until I connected the headset to my bike. Now I can barley hear anything through the headset unless I connect directly to my phone. I check volume and settings and cant fix .

anyone have this or fix it ?

thanks

Make sure you only connect it to the bike and then only connect phone to bike also.Bluetooth Connect as Headset on Cardo not GPS Maps The voice prompt in Cardo will tell you when you hold the button in to connect. Lastly, turn volume level up on phone to the highest. Also. Maybe try moving the speakers in your helmet if possible to closer to your ears with the spacer provided in the cardo kit. That’s if you have them inset in the helmet. Mine is plenty loud and I am actually deaf.

I had volume issues until I went to H-D and had the infotainment update done. I also don't connect my headset to my phone, it is only connected to the bike. My wife says she can't even hear the bike when we are on the phone and can hear me clearly, before the infotainment update we both had to yell at each other to talk.
