Gotta agree with the 'cautious approach' mindset that F150HD stated. There's no arguing it's benefits. I'd like to say that New Mexico drivers are awful but I've lived in Los Angeles long enough, and driven in many large cities to know it happens everywhere. It's happened to me a few times and I've only had my 'S' a year now. The comment made earlier about lazy drivers is spot on. The unfortunate reality is you just have to watch out for everyone else. There's no way around that. Good luck and stay safe riders. You'll live longer and, as FATBOY1389 stated earlier in this thread, you'll be more likely to be able to 'talk' about those incidents. Ride ON!!

The thing is you can see what is happening and you know the driver isn't looking yet you still went for the move. Of course you are in the right but giving idiots more room is safer than having an argument after the event, IMO.
