Most people say using any Windows product is like buying a new Harley and thinking it will run as is.

I just learned how to do it here. Using Chrome on an Android. To just stay consistent, use it on the desktop. On chrome, the blue means hypertext I think the word is called. Or a active short cut.

So there is something wrong with PC and Windows 10 version.

 

I have found out that I need CKEditor mode enabled. Last setting in Edit options menu in User control panel.
