Default Why cant I???

I am having problems with two things...both involving picture on the forum.

How do I just get a picture off my computer, in a file, say...to post in the forum from the browse feature? It asks for a URL or whatever...isn't that for finding them on the web? In other words how do I just put pictures in from my computer or camera?

Second. I can only see a small percentage of the pictures that are posted inside messages. I can see like a "link" information but it is not a link...I see people commenting on pictures that are just a code to me...is it my settings? how can I view these photos?

Thanks in advance.....

what you need to do is when you reply, click "manage attachments". From there, a pop-up window will appear and allow you to "browse". that is where you can get to your pictures on your pc or camera connected to the pc.

Might I add, it's a lot easier to create a www.photobucket.com account and just upload them there. so when you want to add a picture to a post, you get the url to the picture then wrap the url with like this without the space.
