"Warming up"
I know MC tires don't really grip well until they have some heat in them, do CT's follow the same rule? Reason I ask is I have some fairly twisty roads just leaving my house getting into town. I always have to go real easy leaving for several miles. I can feel the tire get better as I go. Is this the same situation?
Ill be going with the General GMax AS-03 more than likely on my SG

The question is do tires get stickier when they warm up and the answer is yes, all tires get stickier when they are warm. There's a reason why drag racers do burn outs.
That being said, car tires are much softer than MC tires and are stickier as a result. I think you'll find that even cold they will stick a lot better than a MC tire.
