SO, im considering going this route. Here's what i got
2010 SG, 106 making 112/126. i ride hard in packs and drag from light to light.
1. who here has been over 100+ mph with a CT?
2. i know some have ridden the dragon, but who really really feels stable in hard, sharp turns, abrupt stops, and long sweepers
3. anybody have wiggle issues?
4. who drags boards, primary, bags, exhaust, etc. in turns and does the CT hold?
thanks guys. dont wanna go down and take out my brothers with me.
Haven't done 100+. 85 or so is as fast as I want to go. Absolutely, no problem with that.
I drag the boards with no problem.
You will ALWAYS have more traction on the rear with a car tire. ABS on the rear is a waste with a car tire. I have never had the rear ABS kick in even with a deer running out in front of me.
If you do it, make sure you have a good front tire on until you get used to it. I was about to change out the rear for a MC tire until I changed the front out. It's all good now.

Yep. I've found that almost every time I felt a handling issue my front was low on air pressure.
I still have a darksided Honda Valkyire. with a 2 tire total of 47,000 darkside miles. My H.D. doesn't have the back rim for it, or else I would change it too.
