Yes...The Power Vision has an auto tune mode that allows you to modify the tune with data accumulated during auto tune test runs. Your bike must have 02 sensors to use this feature.
The Power Commander doesn't have auto tune and doesn't require 02 sensors.

Power commander is a piggyback module that sits on the ecu and gives it inputs.
Power vision is a flash tuner which flashes tunes to the ecu.
