Love to you both and best wishes for a full recovery. All we can do in these situations is love and support each other and you and Barbara just need to hold on to each other a little tighter now.
Had CT scan the other day....doctor meeting today....he was very happy with barbaras progress. Tumor reduced 2/3s....
spot on liver could hardly see on photo. Chemo again today, good......not cured....never will be.....
but she is doing well. She will be on the 'maintenance' plan....keeping the cancer controlled.
So......we are saying she is not dying as fast as we thought.....should we all have that option!
Thanks for all the prayers for those that submitted them. Not that they should cease now...
good feelings are just what they are. Kharma not so bad either. Good Kharma that comes to Barbara
I know she returns multiple times.
We are happy.....and we have plans for the upcoming year (do not take them for granted).
I will say this the only way I know how....this sucks...
You guys are 2 of my favorite folks from my days with "The Crew"....
Glad Barbra is getting good news, say what you will about the medical field and it's practitioners, but leaps and bounds are being made in the advances and treatment of this suck *** disease. I would offer my prayers, but I fear I have probably used my allotment of answered prayers. Instead I will send my heart felt love to a wonderful lady and a true brother of the wind...
"So......we are saying she is not dying as fast as we thought.." we are all dying at one speed or another, some of us are already dead but still breathing...the trick is to squeeze every drop of life you can out of every minute of every day....
