This years Florida Crew Rally will be held at the:
Quality Inn & Suites River Front in Palatka, Fl.
Address: 201 N 1st St, Palatka, FL 32177

Reservations will be under the group name Florida Crew. Call the hotel, and let them know you are booking rooms for the Florida Crew Rally. The rate will be $64.99 per night plus tax. Hot Breakfast is included in your room rate. All rooms will have refrigerators. Rooms need to be booked by November 1st or you will not be able to get the rally rate. Do not book your room on the internet. In order to make sure your room is one of our blocked off rooms, please call the hotel directly. Rooms will be first come first served upon your arrival. We might be able to make room selection available in future rallies. This is our first year here, so please be patient. Please try to understand there are not enough first floor rooms for everyone. We will have a cordoned off area for our bikes which will be secluded from the rest of the hotel guests.
You can cancel your reservations up to 4 pm on the day of your arrival. If you are interested in going to the rally, I would suggest you book your room now. You can always cancel your room up to the day of your arrival.
We are taking the back section of the hotel where there is a separate parking lot. The parking lot will be coned off so only our motorcycles can enter and exit the area. This area will also be the area we all hang out and party. There will be trash cans, along with cigarette cans, provided to help keep the area clean. One of the rooms in this area will be the hospitality room. The furniture will be removed from the room to allow us to place a cooler. (If anyone has a large cooler they can provide, would be great. Maybe someone who lives close by could drop one off prior to the rally).
The hotel is located right off of the river which will give us some nice scenery. The hotel does not have any outside chairs for us to use. So.. If you have a camping chair you want to bring, I would suggest bringing them. You can always buy a cheap chair at a local Walmart or Dollar Store.
There is a Beef O Bradys restaurant on site which has a bar. It will be open until 11 pm. There is an Angels Dining Car restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
Depending on the interest, we would like to have a catered BBQ dinner on Saturday night in the conference room. Lisa at Woodpeckers Backyard BBQ may provide the dinner at a cost per person. Please see a future post by Lauren related to the BBQ dinner.
There are 30 rooms blocked off for the group at this time. Please post in this thread when you book your rooms so we know how many rooms are being booked. We will add you to the list below. Once we get close to 30 rooms, I will contact the hotel to add additional blocked off rooms to our group.
