Yep, I think someone painted a target on Central Florida, because he's taking dead aim.
Let's all say a little prayer that his bark is worse then his bite when he get here.
Please, everyone keep safe. Don't want to hear about anyone being hurt or worse.
Just trying to figure out how to protect my MC's. Unforutnately no garage, but I do have a carport with some sidewall protection. Going to snug the cars up close to the bikes as far under the carport as possible and hope for the best.

Be safe. Current predictions have the center south of you. Have you considered a short term storage garage rental to protect the bikes?
They always make it sound 10 times worse than it really is. "Puerto Rico is gonna be devestated!" They got nothing!
I've been through 5 of these storms now. I've never lost so much as a shingle. The way the houses are positioned side by side here on my street, all the wind is buffeted. True story; Some years back I stood on my front porch and video taped 100 mph winds and debris going that fast down the road in front of my house. The Palm trees were all bent over 90degrees and yet I stood there on my porch with a match burning and it barely flickered!
I'm good. Staying put and praying for those others in harms way. But I guarantee it won't be nearly as bad as they say.
It early yet but Dorian has been inching down the east coast. If you remember Irma was supposed to go up the east coast, but ended up coming through my yard on the SW Gulf side. 4 days out anything can happen yet. Last week they said it wouldn’t develop into much of anything.

We get warnings all the time about severe storms. Never happens until it actually happens. This past Monday we got the severe thunderstorm warning and didnt give it a second thought. Monday night all hell broke loose. We got our power back Wednesday night but they still havent gotten it on for everyone yet. Too many downed trees (many on houses) to count and over 60 power poles down. Complacency can bite you in the *** sometimes.
