Well I found out for sure what the problem was with my bike. I was out for a short 10 mile ride yesterday when the bike stumbled and died. It would not start for nothing! I disconnected the PCV and it started right up and ran normal. I rode it home and parked it. This morning I got up and tried it. It started fine. Then I put the PCV back on and it would not start again. Took it off again and it was fine. My PCV is now completely dead. Guess I won't get to ride at all this long Holiday weekend. I don't want to run it in that lean condition very far. I took it down to the local watering hole but that is about it. I have not been able to get a hold of Jaime yet but I'm sure he will make it right for me. It just sucks that I cant ride this weekend.
Guess I need to make a beer run.

Will a PCIII work for you? I replaced mine with a TTS Mastertune and have the PCIII in the garage, minus one O2 sensor. I would even deliver to Deland tomorrow if it would get you up and running! You could use it til you get your PCV replaced.
Thanks for the offer. I will be okay for a few days.
The funny thing is i don't notice a difference in how it is running. Not sure that PC was ever working properly. Weird! It hasnt seemed really hot. I guess I'll find out next week.

(bulldogmoe) my question was it the really the PC-5 that was causing the problem? what was the resolution?
Jaime doesn't seem to think so. I'm still working with the dealer to give me an acceptable explanation of what they did and why they seem to think the PCV caused it. It was fine for about 140 miles on the way home.

Jaime just lost some "Cred"..........he better fess up a PC-V....quick? (he has heard of Fed Ex I would think?
I think Jaime needs to give an "acceptable explanation." as to why he thinks it wasn't the PC-V. Then again...I have stock electronics.
I FINALLY got my new PCV after waiting a week. The bike is running strong again and is ready to ride out for the launch tonight. I'm glad it was an aftermarket part and not the bike itself. Either way she is 100% again.

HA good thing you didnt go, it was scrubbed again. I'm going to make it a point to plan a ride out your way on a weekend we can both do it. Besides, you seem to be pretty good at picking up the chicks at the bar.
