I didn't understand it until I started training for this one. You just have to squeeze training into the day. I swim in the mornings, then bike or run in the evenings. On the weekend when I have more time I try to do all 3. It's actually a lot of fun.

Actually I feel really good today. I'm a little sore, but no worse then how you feel after a good workout.
