I blew it ! Tried fitting both in. Left the house at 5:30 rode, met the others at 6:30. Got back home too late (7:45) to meet up. Heading out on my own probably stop at Sunrise HD but would love to have gone to Naples.
Just got home and missed all the rain...had a great ride. TJD and I ran across the Alley and meet up with Araba and his buddy Chris at Naples HD...since Hooters was right next door and we had some time to kill we walked on over...I've been turned down by a lot of women in my life...but when a Hooters girl says it's too early you guys have to come back..well...life just ain't fair sometimes....besides it was noon somewhere....right?...so, being the party animal hell raising bad azz biker kinda guys we are...we all said..."Yes Maam" (TJD sounded the most convincing, I think he's had some practice....)..went back next door to HD and waited like the alcohol guzzling mens we are...finally the approved drinking time arrived and we were the first ones in the door....had a few there then rode up to Hurricane Wings and tore the place up with our humor..and since they were having a Michael Jackson-a-thon on the sound system we obiligingly told the worst MJ jokes we knew...had some lunch and then hopped on the bikes and made a run for the east side before the rain set in...all in all was a good day and a nice ride...was great hanging with Dana and Chris and and as always it's a pleasure to ride the highway with Dave...
Great ride indeed !! freekin hot as ***** too !!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, now I get it. Friday nite, SP takes a shower, drops his towel, but it doesn't hit the floor. Seconds later, it's "Hey, let's make a run to Naples tomorrow to see the girlfriend"! (Man, this banana icon sure has lots of uses!)
