AAA Plus
All you folks that have AAA or AAAPlus....if you need AAA to tow your bike your SOL...found out this morning that you have to have AAA plus RV membership to have your bike covered...I don't own a RV so why the f**k would I even look into RV coverage...I didn't and they don't bother to point it out when you join that your scoot isn't covered under the regular Plus membership...it's Plus , so I figured I'm good right? WRONG...oh and BTW Motorcycle Rescue doesn't seem to need the business much either...called at around 10:30 AM ...the guy sounded like I woke him up...he was "way down south in Homestead..." ok...fair enough...I asked him to call me if he didn't think he could make it back north in time to get my scoot to the dealer...2:30 PM no call...so I call him...no answer...voicemail hell..left a message..."can you please return my call and let me know what's up?", that was an hour go...still waiting...
maybe somebody should open a bike specific towing service...seems like there's enough business for two people since the one company is too busy to even return a call ....ok...rant over....

Sorry about AAA. I have AAA with RV. When I called, I asked them about my bike, and they told me I had to have the RV Extended version. I paid over 100 per year, and haven't even used it. Not that I want to, but it is better to have than not.
Maybe we could start a "Florida Crew Towing Company".

My AAA card says RV/Motorcycle right above the Plus. I used all my tows last year as the Step Daughters car kept dieing. I had to have my bike towed back in May when it was totaled. AAA did it without any questions.

No AAA for me, but my Geico coverage does cover tows for both my cars and motorcycles. If I don't want to use the service that they want to send they allow for me to pay for the tow and submit the receipt for reimbursement.
