I have thought about all the injuries lately with members of the Florida Crew. Bulldog moe, Christie, Blue Dragon, Kimbo, Murph, Sleepman's Marylee. None of them riding related.
The overview is that it is safer for us to be on the bikes riding than to be doing other non-riding activities.
I feel fine! Knocking on wood...(now THAT hurts!).
I hope all of our Florida Crew members get well soon. The ones I
saw this weekend all seemed to be in good spirits and healing nicely.
What a bunch of 'troopers'!
Yeh, it just really sucks when you see everyone else riding and you can't. However, after I read the post about the rider being burnt just because he stopped for gas makes me think that my injury ain't that bad. I just hope he gets better soon.

On the bright side of things if they don't find your records you could sue them for enough money to pay for college and a couple bikes.
Dang it I should not have made this thread. Out early this morning in the shop cutting a piece of hose and did surgery on myself with a Case pocket knife. Emergency room visit with sutures.
I think I'm about ready to saddle up again, myself. After everyone left yesterday, I took both bikes around the nieghborhood before parking them back in the garage. Clutch hand and shoulder felt pretty good. Now I just need to venture further out of the nieghborhood. Only two more weeks of therapy... still pains in the shoulder and limited on motion, but so long as I can reach the bars and work the clutch.. I'm good to go!!
