Wreaths Across America Ceremony

Florida National Cemetery

Bushnell, FL

12 Dec 09

*

Ride with the Patriot Guard Riders and Escort the Truck Carrying the

Wreaths to Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.

*

Each year in every National Cemetery at precisely the same moment the

Wreaths Across America Ceremony begins.

*

The ceremony has three objectives:

*

Remember

Honor

Teach

*

Remember

the fallen...

*

Honor

those who serve...

*

Teach

our children the value of freedom...

*

*

Once again this year the U.S. Military Vets Motorcycle Club is the host organization for Wreaths Across America at Florida National Cemetery - Bushnell. Once again they have honored the Patriot Guard Riders by asking us to participate in laying the wreaths.

*

This year they have asked us to expand our role in this most honorable event. They have extended to us the Honor of escorting the truck carrying the wreaths from Lakeland to Florida National Cemetery the morning of the Ceremony; Saturday, December 12, 2009. Law enforcement escort for the procession will be provided by the Polk County Sheriff's Office. We need as many flag bikes as we can rally to lead the procession. We need as many bikes and cages as we can rally to make the statement that we DO remember...

*
