Problems with raffle for JD
Who would have known there are federal laws about raffling items for money for personal reasons?? 
So, I threw this at Dale as an option..
If people want to send CASH to either one of us, to enter the raffle, we could do that.
Or we can go with whoever has entered already and draw the names..
I'm at a loss.
