As for the neighbors, after what several of them did to my Wife and Kids while I was overseas and in California for the Navy, they can deal with whatever happens when the Crew shows up. If I sound a bitter / pissed off at them you'd be correct.
Glad you're getting better. My bike getting fixed is still TBD. Went by yesterday and they're still waiting on parts. But the parts guy did tell me he thinks they're getting ready to schedule it to start working it soon. Double talk at it's finest, it seems!
Wow Dave, You should be a poster boy for the rehab. Make sure they say its the physical rehab I can't believe youre about to go riding again, damn sure I'll be on That ride!
So let's see how many other cubans can muscle the st. auggie ride! TJD got a new seat, no more monkey butt for him! Pup, how's your leg? can ya swing it man? we can book a room if need to!? No lunch (AKA Meter Maid) will have to approve however, this will be the hardest part i believe.
This would be the shortest ride I've been on! It'd be about equal distance for Eddie and I...I think Bill is just south of Mandarin/Julington Creek....(?)
Conch fritters and calamari.. ..YUM! Huda thunk....snails and octopus would be so good! ....Now I'm hungry.
Best conch fritters I have ever had was at the Florida Cracker Cafe' in the old town section of St. Augustine. Now I will have another place to try.

I'm a stone's throw from the intersection of CR13 (San Jose Blvd South) and CR16. 6-mile creek area.

I am amazed and thankful everyday for the speed with which I have recovered from this. I would not say that I am a real religious person but I feel that I have definitely had some help. I give Health South a lot of the credit as well. What a great place to recover! They are the best! Add that to a ton of support from my Friends and family + you guys and I consider myself one lucky guy. Nobody ever believes me when I tell them I broke both my legs in January. They are always like "Where are your Cast?" And then They always say You Broke them or just fractured them? I don't know why anyone would think that I would lie about something like that.
Some people.....
I am sooooooo looking forward to this ride and I hope Bill gets his Scooter together soon so we can make this ride a reality. What do y'all think about making this one an overnighter because I have never spent any time in St. Augustine and would like to check out the area around the Fort a little better. We rode up there for our Saturday ride at last years rally and thats the only time I have ever been there. Maybe Bill can scout us out some nearby lodging and we will make a weekend out of it so maybe more can come. That would be quite the trip for the Southwest and Southeast members to make in one day. Not that it can't be done, I would just like to relax a little and enjoy the oldest settlement in Florida some. Let me know what y'all think.
That's what I'm sayin brotha, seems theyre holdin' out for more conctrete dates but the O/N sounds like could be a lotta fun, you know how the crew gets when they dont have to ride home in an hour.
