Sounds more like work than fun to me Mike!! I am riding up to Ohio end of June to see some family, but will stay a few days in between arrival and departure!! Derek is young, it will be no big deal to him.
Also, let Jennifer and I know when you have a Saturday free so we can meet up and have lunch down your way!

Can understand a Fathers concern Kered, just be safe out there I had just bought this Sporty and took it all over for a total of 6,000 miles on a 30 day leave when was age 20 back in 1970 ...
