Default Rally 2011
I was wondering if we have the rally every year in Ocala?
Or if we moved the rally to other spots as well?
Was just wondering.

Tradition has been Ocala because it's a central location for all with a lot of great rides. But then again no rules. If you have an idea put it up. But I think it would hard to beat the cental location and rides in Ocala.

I have to agree.... tough to beat the location.

"Ocala Rally" has a nice ring to it. Sounds a lot tougher than "The Rally at Boca Del Mar". But if they let us on the polo grounds, we could play "V-twin Pony Polo".

Ironiclly, as well as timely, American Iron Magazine has an artical this month about riding around Ocala. They mostly point out what a great ride thru the Ocala National Forest it is. They even have a picture of the sign for Silver Spring (across the street from the Days in where we hold the rally).

Yeah I was just wondering... but yeah if I can think of anything I will post up. Thanks guys....And Steevo the V-twin pony polo sounds like fun! LOL

There is a lot to be said for tradition. Other locations are good and can be planned separately like a Cedar Key ride for example.

and don't forget riding through Fort McCoy from every direction.
