Hello Florida Crew. I Need some money for a windshield that will fit with my new apes so I am selling my Quick Release Super Sport Windshield (HD Part #57300-06) Fits '06-later Dyna models (except FXDWG, FXDF and FXDSE/2). 19" above headlight with and overall height of 25" and a 21" width.
why not trim it to fit .i had the same problem with my bike
hope you can see it in the pic
The though occured to me but I was worried I might screw it up. That would solve my problems for sure if I did it right. I expect you used a Dremel maybe? If so, what cutting wheel worked for you? Thanks for the idea. Just Dave has something in mind too. I put about 200 miles on the bike without a windshield when I got it in 08 and the last 22,000 with a windshield. I hate to admit it but I am spoiled rotten and riding without a windshield sucks.
i used a jigsaw with a medium to fine tooth metal blade
put some blue painters tape on it mark it out & trim it till it fits
it took me me a bunch of cuts to get it to fit right
there's a video on youtube on how to do it
