As mb said, quick planning, or rather no planning. I was lying in bed reading the forum on my phone at "0600" ;-). Mb responded to a text from the night before. Next couple of texts went something like this:

Wanna go for a ride?
Ok, where to?
Key West.
Are you serious???
Yes.
OK... see you in 15 minutes.

Off we went.

I'm currently 600 miles OVER the 1000 service.

A call like that is always a good one. We go North to Madison Ga...dinner and a hotel....back the next day 955 miles all the back roads...

As for the service, my 1K service was done at 1,815, every time I asked they were booked, lol. The only reason I'm going to them is I still have a couple of services left on a pre-paid card that was thrown in on a previous deal. Might as well use it, and not deal with the hassle.

Madison, GA is such a pretty place! I've rode through there (I DID slow down), but it looks like a great place for lunch, etc...
Oh, I WILL be riding through Madison on Easter morning, on the way to Maggie Valley! (still trying to tie this in with Key West, but you'll have to make an exception for Madison). Sorry, SoFla!
