if u fill up in south bay u can mak it to lake placid
mapquest says its 108 from my house & i live 18 miles from south bay
so ur good

There's obviously gas at the Marathon meet point in S. Bay for anyone that needs to top off. From there it's 103 miles (~2.25 hours) to Lake Placid. It's probably a good idea to plan a quick stretch break at a gas station in Okee on the way up anyway, for those that aren't used to spending long non-stop hours in the saddle.

Just my 2¢
