I was really surprised by how many people were there.
I am still a bit curious though. I am still getting used to my bike, and have not gone any group rides. Is there something specific in the waiver that is objectionable, or is just the concept of freedom of the open road, with limits on that freedom?

For me it is the fact you need to sign a piece of paper to be able to ride somewhere. Plus as with any organization there is always some kind of politicking/clique dynamic going on, and I can do without the bs.
