Jdub, I watched the Prez's speech and I am not sure a number was ever given. I got the impression part of the litmus test is if a seller offers to sell a gun in its original packaging.

Well, I was thinking 
Here is an example; What if my Stepdad died and left me 5 guns and I don't want to keep them. Would I need an FFL to sell them?Might be another "loophole".

He kept looking to his right to read the text and had to wait, and wait, and wait for his next thought to be revealed. At one point it appeared the same set of text was played twice and I'll be damned if he didn't say it twice.
