Unless I'm "wanting" to feel the power, the heads I put on mine have made a noticable bump.

As long as they don't affect the principle element you should be fine and not have to validate.

I am in the midst of creating everything from a training program to procedures for a bunch of engineers with no aircraft experience not to mention the "Cowboys" with no certificates that think they know how the FAA operates.

My Honda VTR had twin 54mm throttle bodies. What's the prob? I only got 26mpg, no biggie.....
