I have to go pick up a trailer form one buddy to help another buddy move stuff to storage. The 2nd buddy sold his house and his family has to be out by the end of March and the house they put an offer on did not go through, someone out bid them...so they are going to rent month to month til they find something then move again. They are making a nice bit on their sale so they can pay off their student loans. Nice to hear of someone doing something smart in this day and age.
