I am sore form head to toe this morning from moving my buddy yesterday. And going back for more punishment after Sunday service today. I suppose if I did that kind of werk on a regular basis I might not feel so beat up but alas I only move a laptop from couch to desk and vice versa most of the time.

Yep, I used to be more active so things like this wouldn't be so bad the day after. We will be doing this again, soon. My friends sold his house and he and his family are moving into a rental until they can find and purchase a new home. I mentioned yesterday that this is one of my 2 best friends, the other being the guy with the body shop that I also helped move recently, and I'll help where time and my body will allow.

Did some backreading! Looks like ol Russ kept Jack and Tim up until 3:00am just to snag 18k ! He also deadened there senses with some damn fine neerly nekkids!
