Yep. I have a case of them today. Boss wants me to meet him in the office tomorrow. More BS from that guy we let go. He is like the bad penny that keeps turning up for all of us.

Don't ya just have having to deal with people you let go! Sometimes it's "easier" to keep them on....

I always hated the after part of some people we let go....

Some people just like to cause problems; just because. They think they can be an *** cause they were let go.

Dan, I suspect he is filing a complaint about not being trained well enough (which is BS) or contesting how he was paid or docked for vacation days on his last check. He told me he has been a top notch employee until he joined our team. He had the capability to do nothing that the position required. He failed to learn though many of us tried to train him. He was an asset mgmt and deskside PC repair guy before he joined our team, and he couldn't figure out how to ship his own laptops back and then refused to go get a box to send them to us. Friday I sent him a box with packing material, packing tape and a black Sharpie (Copyright!) to cross out the old label on the box...I left him no reason to NOT send his **** back.

Would it of been easier to go get it or have him drop it off?

I know sometimes having the person come back is a no no, but sometimes it's easier than pulling it along for months.

We had that problem once. When they brought the machine back, then they got their last check.

Why keep the machines? To just be a dick and cause problems?

Good luck with him.

He moved to Minnesota last year so no way to do a local drop off. He is just being a dick. He is bitter because he took a job he was not qualified for and failed miserably to learn and flushed a 20 year career with IBM down the toilet instead of admitting he needed help and trying to become an asset instead of and *******

Well there ya go ! Pretty much sums it up ! Two boats left Isle Royale the good boat and the bad boat ! If ya was on the bad boat you'd better have a taxi waiting for ya on the dock or a car parked in the lot cuz you were getting escorted of the property as soon as your azz hit the pavement !

Evenin Woods! Put the werk laptop away and on the civilian one now. What a day...it flew by like it was only 2 or 3 hours.

KUB, we got the chips in the mail today. Thanks! Kids love them.

We have a **** ton of leftovers in the fridge since we were helping our friends move this weekend so dinner is an easy task tonight.
