CRTC= Canadian Radio and Television Communications.
Lets put it this way. We wish we could have the American Netflix cause the Canadian one sucks ***. We have maybe 2000 shows compared to US 10,000+. Crtc regulated...
Its like China in a way. CRTC regulates what is on the radio and the tv. Both are supposed to have a minimum 35% of Canadian content.
